Effective April 9, 2025 the service fee to use a credit/debit card to make a phone payment is $2.75 per transaction, and the credit/debit card service fee to make a payment online or in the office is $2.50 per transaction. This fee is collected at the time of payment. Effective March 18, 2024 the maximum payment amount allowed per credit/debit card transaction is $500, plus the service fee.
Payment methods accepted with no fee are:
- Cash in the office during normal business hours (Monday thru Thursday 7am to 5:30pm)
- Check/money order in the office, through the mail, or in the District parking lot drop box
- BillPay through your bank (Note: these checks take approximately 12-14 days to arrive to us in the mail)
- ACH auto pay using your checking account (contact the office to set up)
