District’s drop box by check or money order; box located in front parking lot 3. Customers can mail in payments by check or money order 4. Automatic deduction from your checking count on your due date 5. By phone with Visa/Mastercard/Discover credit/debit cards, $2.35 service fee will apply 6. Personal bank bill pay service, bank fee will apply 7. Customer’s can sign up to view and pay their account online
